"I help people who appreciate mindfulness, self-inquiry, and a slower pace in class. I seek to help others thrive by providing a nurturing, non-judgmental space for growth and expansion of mind, body and spirit, designed to awaken one's inner vitality and create a harmonious balance within."

About Me

Amy is known for her authentic, non-judgmental teaching style, and compassion-centered knowledge.   She is receptive to the needs of her students and encourages them to be mindful by incorporating modifications and the use of props to safely facilitate their physical practice.  Her nurturing personality and attention to the individual person helps one to feel comfortable and relaxed yet active and involved in class.

Amy creates a safe space for self-exploration, mindful movements, and breath awareness to cultivate a healthy balance within.  She offers group and private yoga classes both online and in person. She holds workshops and retreats that specialize in helping individuals on their yoga journey by teaching gentle hatha classes that incorporate interconnectedness of the body, mind, and spirit through movement, breathwork techniques, meditation, and sound healing.

Through creativity and authenticity Amy will gently guide you towards greater balance and harmony within to help foster a greater sense of ease in the body for overall health and wellbeing.

She is a RYT 500HR certified yoga teacher with knowledge and background in Iyengar, Ashtanga, Hatha, and restorative yoga.  Some of her studies include Ayurveda, meditation, sound healing, cueing, theming sequencing, and pranayama practices.   Her ongoing passion for yoga has led her to pursue her advanced 500HR RYT yoga teacher certificate, which she received in June of 2024.
