Young Living Essential Oils

We have the benefit of combining thousands of years of trial and error with current scientific research to access all the safe, healing properties essential oils provide. They give us natural solutions to relieve health symptoms rather than using pharmaceuticals. They also add other benefits to improve your overall physical and mental health, plus eliminate toxins in our home by providing natural replacements for personal care and cleaning products.

I find that using essential oils as part of my daily health regimen helps to provide balance, peace and stability. Adding oils such as Peace and Calming and Lavender to my bath water at the end of the day helps me to relax and aides in a good night’s sleep. I use Clary Sage to help balance my hormones and love the herbaceous aroma. I will frequently use Bergamot during my yoga classes when my students are beginning to rest in Savasana by diffusing it or lightly spraying it in the air. It has a lovely light, citrusy scent that can be both uplifting and relaxing for my students. I find peace and grounding during my own meditation practice with a blend of Cedarwood, Pine, Lavender and Vetiver.
