Amy is very patient, genuine, and knowledgeable. I was new to yoga and had some physical limitations. She really listened, was encouraging, and offered variations of poses for the ones I found difficult to begin with. She also explained the use of aids like blocks and straps. Amy is a fantastic teacher, leader, and expert in knowledge of body movement, tips, and techniques to improve flexibility and strength! Her attention to the individual person helps you feel comfortable and relaxed but active and involved in the class. It is truly both body and mind yoga, Amy projects good energy that will have you feeling great, including a short sound bath at the end of the practice with her singing Tibetan bowl.
